Counseling Services

Real estate counseling is the act of providing advice or guidance on real estate decision making for a client. The advice is rendered solely for the use of the parties receiving the advice, and it is rendered without personal bias or conflict of interest. Real estate counseling is not considered a real estate discipline, such as brokerage, management, or appraisal, but rather real estate counseling is considered a process. The steps in the counseling process are as follows:

  1. Gather facts and assess the situation;
  2. Analyze the collected data;
  3. Recommend key courses of action based on the client's goals and objectives and/or;
  4. Execute the selected course of action chosen by the client.
